In this podcast I describe in detail my experience at Kokoro 58. Kokoro is a 50 hour crucible event designed after the famous "Hell WeeK' of the Navy Seals. The event was unquestionably the most difficult challenge I have ever pursued but I wouldn't trade it for anything.
