Team Tooke Martial Arts student Deric Dempsey stepped into the cage on Friday, March 22nd to make his MMA debut. The match was very competitive and went the full rounds. When the dust settled, Deric was declared the winner by judges decision. This was a great victory fo the young athlete who has recently decided to pursue a career in Mixed Martial Arts. Deric utilized his Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu skills to edge out the victory in a very close match against a tough competitor. We are super proud of your accomplishment and we can wait to see you victorious in the cage again very soon!
